School Improvement Plan

Our School Improvement Plan for 2024-2025 is

  • SIP 1 - To continue to embed adaptive teaching approaches especially for SEND/mid phase admissions children.
  • SIP 2 - To continue to develop leaders at all levels and embed ways of working across two sites, which supports the development of talented staff and succession planning, alongside embedding pedagogy and curriculum at Kaizen.
