Reporting a Concern of Abuse or Neglect

If you have concerns that a child you know is at risk of serious harm through Abuse or Neglect it is important that you report your worries to the correct agency. 

The link below will direct you to Newham’s Children’s Triage Team.  This team will use your information to make a decision about how they can best respond to your concerns.

Operation Encompass

Kaizen Primary School works in partnership with Newham Borough Metropolitan Police.    

Operation Encompass is a way of reporting to schools the day after a child or young person has been involved or exposed to a domestic abuse incident in the home the previous evening.


CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection)

If you worried about online abuse or the way someone has been communicating with your child online you can visit the CEOP Safety Centre for information and advice and make a report directly to CEOP by clicking on the Click CEOP button.
